You are creating a user profile on MadGlad created by DiningSix. We tell you in this policy how we collect and process your personal information. When you accept the terms, you also give your consent for us to collect and process information about you in accordance with this policy.
DiningSix encourages you to read this policy regarding the use and protection of your personal data.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION FROM YOU
DiningSix collects and processes the information about you that you provide yourself as part of your user profile.
The information required to create your user profile is: name, postcode, e-mail address and telephone number.
You can also choose to provide information about your preferences and interests, etc.
If you use our website diningsix.dk, we also collect information about you via cookies. Collection takes place in accordance with our cookie policy, and processing is covered by the cookie policy on the protection of your personal information.
If you subscribe to one of our newsletters, we also collect information about you and create a user profile for you. Processing of your personal information for this purpose only takes place with your consent.

COLLECTION OF INFORMATION FROM THIRD PARTIES
In addition to the information you provide to DiningSix yourself, we collect information from our business partners about your reservations, and possibly information that our business partners register about you in relation to preferences and similar circumstances, as well as about your restaurant visit.

WE USE INFORMATION COLLECTED ABOUT YOU FOR THE FOLLOWING PURPOSES
Marketing purposes: We may use the information for internal marketing analyses, for example to assess trends among our user profiles or to measure the amount of traffic to our websites, and statistics on individual or groupings of user profiles. We may also share non-personal information with others, e.g. advertisers, in anonymized form, which means that the information does not include personally identifiable information about you.
Newsletters: If you subscribe to one of our newsletters, we use your information to send you targeted newsletters. Newsletters contain news about restaurants, inspiration from DiningSix and other marketing materials from us.
Administration and Data Management: We handle the information linked to your user profile for administrative tasks. Among other things, we may use your information to contact you by e-mail or telephone for questions regarding your user profile, whether it concerns maintenance or deletion. We may transfer your personal information to third parties acting as our sub-contractors, where the transfer is with instructions of non-disclosure and that the information will only be used to fulfill tasks set out by us (eg administering a marketing campaign, IT operations, etc.).
Other purposes: We can process and pass on your personal information if this is permitted or required under the personal data legislation in force at any time.


ACCESS TO AND UPDATE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT REGISTERED USERS
We need your help to ensure that the personal information DiningSix processes about you is correct and up-to-date. If there are changes to your name, contact details, preferences or other information listed on your user profile, you should update the information in your user profile as soon as possible.

STORAGE PERIOD
We store and process your personal data as long as you are employed by a company that has an agreement with DiningSix.

YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO INSPECTION AND CORRECTION
You can at any time request DiningSix as data controller for insight into which information we process about you, the purposes for which we process the information, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the information is or will be disclosed, how long we store the information, where the information originates from, if not collected from you yourself, whether we have made automatic decisions, including profiling.

If the information we process about you is incorrect, you have the right to have the information corrected or deleted.

YOU CAN WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT
You can revoke your consent to us processing your personal data at any time. You can revoke the consent by deleting your user profile. All information about you will then be deleted at MadGlad. Before deleting your user profile, we anonymize parts of the information we process about you so that they can be included for statistical purposes.
For newsletters, you can simply withdraw your consent to receive further newsletters. You can unsubscribe from any newsletter you receive or from your user profile.

If you also wish to revoke your consent with the Restaurants to which your information has been disclosed, you must revoke your consent directly with these Restaurants. You can see on your user profile page, to whom we have disclosed your information. You should be aware that after we have deleted your user profile, we will not be able to disclose to whom your information has been passed on.

YOU CAN COMPLAIN
If you believe that our processing of your personal data contravenes the applicable personal data legislation, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Authority.

COOKIES
When you visit our website, we may automatically (i.e. not by registration) collect non-personal data (e.g. the type of internet browser and operating system you use, the domain name of the website you last visited, number of visits, average time spent on the website and which pages you have viewed). We can use this data to monitor how attractive our websites are and to improve the websites and their content.
